I’d have no hesitation working with Michael again – in my experience he’s good at figuring out the problem you want to solve, abstracting it a bit to take away the noise, and then coming up with something that helps the customer more deeply. He doesn’t overcomplicate and is good at taking feedback.<\/p>\n
